Had my son took our leased Volt in ( has 23,000 miles) for 2nd free oil change service. The Service Consultant first told him that we missed the 15000 mile service and asked him to approve to pay for a $ for 2nd free oil change service. The Service Consultant first told him that we missed the 15000 mile service and asked him to approve to pay for a $563 service including changing Air filer, inside cabin filter, throttle body cleaning and few others. Without knowing what's in our 3 years lease agreement, my son signed the workorder and notified me right away. Fortunately I was in town and able to walk in to your dealership to clarify with your Sales Department what is required to do which is a free Lube Oil and filter change only to avoid paying $563 for the unnecessary service. This is a horrible experience from our home town dealership that we have dealt with for 4 cars in total in past 20 years. Totally heartbroken and disbelief !!!! I am not expecting any extra service but do hope to be treated with honesty. This incident bothers me much because it shaken my faith for the very basic value of how commerce should be conducted in our home town Torrance. I am hoping you can provide explanation to me why this could even happen? More

Worst service experience ever On 8/23/19, I took my car to Martin Chevrolet for an oil change. The tires were rotated as part of the service. I have had this service performed regularly since 2011, when I purchased my car at this dealership. After I left,.I checked my vehicle information center, and noticed that one of the tire pressures was not showing on the monitor. I called the dealership and was told that one of the sensors was failing and would need to be replaced. I disagreed, and took my car to Big O tires for an inspection. The technician performed tests which showed that all the tire sensors were working. The problem of the missing tire reading was fixed, and all four tire pressure readings are now displayed in the vehicle information center. Big O charged nothing for this service! The mechanics at Martin Chevrolet are incompetent, and will never work on my car again. More

Lies and cheats beware. I bought a brand new car off the showroom. Had problems. I kept bringing it to Chevy Martin service for over a year. They kept telling me t beware. Then, as soon as warranty was up, they said I needed a trnsmission. Crooks. One star is one too many. More

I already knew that I wanted a Bolt EV and what colors, trim and options I wanted. I also had a price from another Chevy dealer, farther from my home and Michelle matched that deal. Michelle understood what kind of customer I was and made sure I first took a test drive and that she personally showed me the features of the car and answered my questions before taking my deposit. Then she got the exact car I wanted to me in less than a week. Michelle made the buying process smooth and easy for my wife and I. When we found a very minor defect in the back seat, Michelle made sure the service department made our issue a priority and then followed up with us after the repair was made. More
