I wouldnt know what to do without martin chevrolet I wrote a horrible review thinking that it was the shop since it had to keep going back and forth when martin chevrolet did a different type of diagnos wrote a horrible review thinking that it was the shop since it had to keep going back and forth when martin chevrolet did a different type of diagnostic and found the intake was bad but who would think a car woth 50,000 needed a new engine from a car I bought from carvana they put up with me and found out what was going on why the check engine light would go on and off and made sure silver rock the extended warranty took care of the problem they handled everything getting the engine from silver rock putting it in and making sure it ran great so if anybody read my last post I will apologize and I say nothing but good things about martin chevrolet if your lucky enough to bring your car to them you'll have a great experience More
I’d been looking for an extra vehicle to bop around in for task and little Knick knack task. I finally found the truck I wanted so I reached out. Andy and Scott made it super easy. Brought the car back in after only after picking up 2 days prior for the same issue they had to order parts after picking car up had to bring it back they forgot to bolt the air filter so getting air int days prior for the same issue they had to order parts after picking car up had to bring it back they forgot to bolt the air filter so getting air into engine was running horrible brought it back because it still wasn't shifting correctly they did something to it unknown told to drive it and see how it felt called them the same day told them the car was having issue when I put the car in reverse and I take my foot off the brake the car exceletated without putting my foot on the gas pedal the same as in drive car just takes off without putting my foot on the gas pedal which is dangerous took it back they're saying it's normal and since the code isn't coming on they did they're job they did it twice 1st time for almost 800.00 second tune 2 days after the first job another 1300.00 and when they do the camshaft which is what they repaired twice they have to reprogram the computer and they stated they had an issue with that now since no code on even though they caused this issue I have to go in network mechanic for my extended warranty if It has to go back to the dealership I have to get permission but wait will another mechanic. Want to repair someone else's issue or is that they'll say has to go back to the person who did the camshaft which is part of the transmission and engine they really put me in a bad place car is unsafe and now I've gotta spend 2 days of my time going from mechanic to mechanic getting permission fir repairs that shouldn't be there if it was done correctly but martin chevrolet says it's normal for a car to excelerate in drive and reverse without using the gas pedal and they won't check it even though they did the work not good customer service More
