Great Experience My husband and I purchased a new 2018 Traverse from Martin Chevrolet. Since the vehicle is newer we ended up ordering ours from the factory. We starte My husband and I purchased a new 2018 Traverse from Martin Chevrolet. Since the vehicle is newer we ended up ordering ours from the factory. We started our sales process via internet; out of the 7 dealerships we reached out to, Martin was the only one to give us a real price without forcing us into the dealership or insisting to contact us by phone. (Other dealerships we worked with would contact us up to 8 times a day! No thanks!) They were competitive with both pricing and trade-in value, as well as prompt and friendly with every interaction. We worked primarily with Steve and Rob; both exceptionally friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with us through every step of the build process and let us know when the vehicle was in transit/arrived at the dealership. The parts department went above and beyond by special ordering (upon request) several different floor mat options for us to see before choosing the right ones for us, and had them ready and waiting when we picked up the vehicle. We also worked with the finance department, who did a great job making the purchase process quick and easy. Overall we are very satisfied and would purchase from Martin again. More

Oh but one thing to look out for there's a duplicate website for some reason, martin-chevy.com and martin-chevrolet.com are slightly different in design but as far as I can tell identical in content... weird. Being a "car guy" I am always concerned with the quality of work and the safety of my vehicles when others are working on them. I was referred to Martin Chevy by a fellow member on a local car forum. I spoke with Mike Bailey and he had me meet Paul, their Corvette and Camaro specialist. Once I talked to them, I knew this was the place for me. I scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off and it was completed in the estimated time. I couldn't be happier with how the car rides and the level of professionalism that Mike and Paul provided was second to NONE. I will be taking both of my GM vehicles to this dealer from now on. The quality of work is Top Notch A+. If you have a Corvette or Camaro, this is the place to bring them for service. More
