Excellent customer service! They go the extra mile. I went there discouraged because I had just left another dealership (a major one in McHenery) that tried to sell me a overpriced car and they were not I went there discouraged because I had just left another dealership (a major one in McHenery) that tried to sell me a overpriced car and they were not very sensitive to my needs. I drove onto the lot at Martin Chevrolet looking for a vehicle that I saw on-line and was not able to locate it. Just as I was becoming more discouraged and getting read to leave Susan Lavertu approached me and listened to me and what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful and took me to the area they kept their budget cars. She was prepared with price listings and vehicle information. Even though I was buying a used budget car they treated me like I was buying a C-7 Corvette. No pressure and everyone that passed by had a smile and asked if we needed anything. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Susan Lavertu and Martin Chevrolet! More
