They charged me way over book of the vehicle I purchased , I spent 4K over book value ... they won't negotiate ...: telling you "we are honest and give the best deal everytime" They gave me this "we owe" li , I spent 4K over book value ... they won't negotiate ...: telling you "we are honest and give the best deal everytime" They gave me this "we owe" list of things needing to be done , the service shop I have no issues with . It's the sales department, in fact when I told them how disappointed I was in this large purchase they , they didn't respond. I sent the screen shot to the manager Nikki of the book price and explained how upset I was spending way over book for a suv with all these issues, I asked if I could return it or remedy and they wouldn't respond . The salesperson Brandee was condescending and rude after sale not helpful at all , yet before sale assured they want complete satisfaction of sale and was acting like a friend (clearly all a sales tactic)... hmm she was juggling two sales while selling to us So sure they can hustle a sale , but what your being sold is likely overpriced or in my case overpriced over 4K over book ?! Didn't think that was legal to swindle that way?! I will be checking into that since they aren't responding to my email inquiries to Niki It's been in and out of the shop. I've bought many vehicles in my life from dealerships and I can say this by far is the worst for a sales experience and management gives zero response if your unhappy or ask for some things to be remedied Never again and I wouldn't recommend them , they treat you nice until they sell you a overpriced car (in my case) and wash their hands of you with issues . I should have done more homework on the purchase but I didn't think they were taking me for such a ride on this ... I am truly sickened they would go so high over kbb value on a suv that in no way can be resold for that .. they took me for a fool and I guess it's shame on me for that please again as we asked from day 3 buy it back .... it has 30 miles since I bought it , buy it back to show you stand for your customers and their satisfaction instead of having them pay $$$$$$ for a lemon More
