Low key dealership, Mark has been very accommodating while we've mulled over our transportation options over the past year. The staff at Martens is incredibly helpful and willing to work with you to get you the car you want. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. They take the time to sit down with you and explain the de work with you to get you the car you want. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. The car buying process was incredibly simple and they take care of everything down to getting the exact car you want from another dealership. If you know the car you want, you can be in an out of there in time! I would definitely go back to them! More

The experience I had with the personnel made me immediately remove my truck and bring it to Martens. I give kudos to the Orange team and the personnel in the Service dept. *** I do not wish to register just to send this review. That is an annoyance I wish to avoid. I really want the personnel to know how much I liked the service but having to register is making me want to forget the whole process. Love the car, but DO NOT BUY an extended warranty from this dealership. They did not discuss the fine print of the warranty (which cost me a year of coverage) and it took over 3 weeks and a half a dozen this dealership. Bought a new car from Martens recently and would recommend them to all my friends! They were not pushy and let me test drive multiple vehicles. It was a great experience and I got a great deal! Wow, no one came to help me after over 30 minutes of being in their car lot and office. Seems like no one cares who shows up, although I did notice a couple coming in and then out of nowhere they got h being in their car lot and office. I don't know what's the story with these guys, but I don't care & for sure not buying a car from them, and really, neither should you. Don't bother. I am adding this entry because I did notice the listings here are all about Service, but no new purchases. It shouldn't come as a surprise their bad in this front as well. More
Martens VW Service are just a bunch of THIEVES....plain and simple. The average rating on this forum is a lot more generous than they deserve. If (for some reason) you HAVE TO take your VW to them for service find out how much it would cost for exactly the same procedure from another mechanic and then get the service done only if they match the price. I have found them to charge 3 to 4 times more than similar options for similar or less quality and very poor customer service. BOTTOM LINE - WATCH OUT when you deal with them. More
