Its Not Lincoln Cars Its Lincoln Dealers Its not Lincoln cars its Lincoln dealers that are the downfall of this great car brand and Marstaller Lincoln is truly one of the worst dealers I have Its not Lincoln cars its Lincoln dealers that are the downfall of this great car brand and Marstaller Lincoln is truly one of the worst dealers I have ever dealt with yet. We live in Dallas and found a beautiful 2017 Lincoln Navigator L with low mileage at this dealer. I called early that morning in late July 2019 and they said sure come on down. I was buy this car to drive my Mom and Aunt to various doctors appointments, etc., since they can no longer drive and I was also going to trade in their two Mercurys on the new Navigator. They gave me a superb trade in on both and said come on down - mind you an 1.5 hour drive at a minimum but since we couldn't leave Dallas until 3PM, which put us in a lot of traffic and the trip took about 2 hours. When we arrived to this less than attractive and very old dealer infrastructure we were greeted by someone that didnt know we were coming but a second came out and said he knew who we were and that he would give us the review of all of the systems on the car, which I said I didnt need but he still insisted and I said I wouldn't listen. They then moved us to the used car lot, which was a trailer!!! and the new car was nowhere in sight. They asked for the keys to both Mercurys we had driven down from Dallas and the salesman put them in his desk and then we were ushered into their lounge, which was an area made from desk dividers with junk chairs and an old tv. We were left there and just about the time I asked what was going on the salesman came back and said "we have a problem" and I immediately thought "I dont have a problem but apparently you do." He said that the OWNER of the dealer had gotten into our Navigator, the one that we had called about that morning and arranged financing for and drove down to Waco with two cars to trade in, and he had driven it off to Port Aransas, Texas, for the weekend! This was a Friday afternoon. I couldn't not believe what I was hearing and I immediately asked for my keys back and he wouldnt give them to me until I told him I would call the police. He gave me the keys and I told him I would report them to Lincoln Concierge and then I really became angry - waiting right outside in front of the building was a 2017 Lincoln Navigator in black BUT it was not an L model, which is the extended length car. I couldn't believe it - this was the car they were thinking I would buy and now I even wonder if the Navigator L I was dealing on was even a real car. It really doesn't matter because I left immediately and drove back to Dallas without a new car all thanks to the incompetence of this dealer from top to bottom. Like I said its not Lincoln cars its Lincoln dealers. They are just like a squirrel with its hand in a bottle holding an acorn: it just cant let go of a dime - customers are always peripheral. This isn't just this dealer its nearly every one of them I have dealt with over many years of buying Lincolns. The cars are the only reason I put up with this garbage! More

I do NOT recommend EARL CURLEY! I just purchased a vehicle from here. My sales person was Earl Curley, we went back and forth on a deal. Everything was going great! I asked about tir I just purchased a vehicle from here. My sales person was Earl Curley, we went back and forth on a deal. Everything was going great! I asked about tires, due to the tires on the vehicle not being good at all. They were dry rotting, you could tell they had been driven on flats, and knots all on the inside of the tire. I also mentioned some scratches, Earl stated, "oh, don't worry about the scratches, I'll get those out for you." Long story short, I had to take the vehicle to get the sun roof fixed, and mentioned the tires again. Earl stated, he would get the service dept. to check them out, and check on some tires. When my husband went to pick up my vehicle, he asked the services man about the tires. The service man stated he knew nothing about it, and called Earl. Earl stated, "I don't know anything about no xxxx tires!" My husband heard him, because he was on speaker phone!! Also, the scratches are still there! To know, that a "so called" man would down right lie, telling customers one thing, and co-workers another, is sad. Anything to make it sound good, to make a deal. So, I messaged him about it that afternoon, and then he called. Earl said, "my GM said we couldn't get you tires, because we sold the vehicle so cheap. But, we get discounted tires, we can get you a set that you can buy." He then said, he was going to talk to Jeff tomorrow, and give me a call the next morning. The next morning came, I waited all day, NO CALL! Earl tells you what he thinks you want to hear, to make a deal, but then falls through on his part at the end! Very poor, bad quality of customer service! Great way to run customers off!!!! More
Very unethical sales practices. Went to buy a car that my wife could get into. She is currently going through stage 3a Breast Cancer and she wasn't able to get in and out of my truck Went to buy a car that my wife could get into. She is currently going through stage 3a Breast Cancer and she wasn't able to get in and out of my truck any more. Explain ed to the salesman that's a "friend" and we bout an Edge. I usually am very thorough but seeing my wife happy about the vehicle and the ease of entry and exit, that's all that was on my mind. Was told don't worry about buying extended warramty, our cars come with lifetime powertrain warranty. As long as it's not electronic, we cover it. Well within 2 wks it broke down. Took it in only to be told it wasn't covered under their warranty. Mind you, I just spent $25k on this vehicle. I told them they need to make it right and hesitantly they did. We've o my driven the vehicle 2200 miles and it's broke down again with a broke Power Transfer Unit. This transfer power to the front and rear axles and guess what, NOT COVERED under Lifetime warranty. The main person Jeff said it's not considered part of the powertrain and if have to pay $1500 to have it fixed. They used car dealership also uses CRB financial. Upon further review they give you high I retest rates and loan more on the cars because they sell a GAP insurance with it. The whole process is disgusting. I went to Honda and got 4.9% through Honda Financing, if my credit was so bad I wouldn't have been able to get a NEW car. I did that because I didn't trust the car I just paid $25k on. I need RELIABLE transportation for my wife, the Edge Broke down twice after 2200 miles. I would definitely look elsewhere. More
Realized that I was charged 23000 instead of 18000 that was I was leaving for a trip when my car broke down. Running short on time I went to marsterler motors and found they had a 2011 yukon for 16,600. So I we I was leaving for a trip when my car broke down. Running short on time I went to marsterler motors and found they had a 2011 yukon for 16,600. So I went and bought it. I was told that the total was going to be 18,000 tax title and all... free warranty for 50,000 miles. So I put 8,000 down and quickly signed the papers without reading much. 5 months and 5 payments of 560.00 later I call to see what the payoff amount is and I find out that I owe 17,400. Turns out after electronicly signing the paper work I ended up paying 23,000 for the car. I'm headed over there tomorrow to see what they have done and see if they can fix this. More
