Fairly nice people. I made a online appointment and it took them two weeks beyond my appointment to even look at my truck. Felt that was a little ridiculous but it’s okay. Not happy with our purchase from Marshfield Chevrolet Not happy with our purchase. We overpaid for a LEMON. The check hasn't even cleared my bank for the purchase of a vehicle, and the air conditioning Not happy with our purchase. We overpaid for a LEMON. The check hasn't even cleared my bank for the purchase of a vehicle, and the air conditioning has gone out completely. My credit union would not give me the full loan because they said it was priced over by 1500. I had to pay that out of my own pocket to make up the difference. It has been 2.5 weeks and we notice a squeaky belt noise when it starts. When I call the service department, they ask me to tell my salesperson... My calls go back and forth between sales and service and no one wants to help. At first few days of owning the truck, they (sales) had promised to fix a door lock and gave me a service date to drop it off. I go to service and drop it off and they knew nothing about it, so I had to explain everything again to the service dept. Today we are dropping off the truck again because parts are in to fix the door lock. And we have no air conditioning, still belt noise. And our salesman is no help. I will gladly retract this review if they fix what is wrong with our vehicle. More
