We came looking to buy a car, we pulled in and found one within minutes Stan Reckers came to us and immediately begin to set us up! Poor customer service. Took about 3 months to get car ready that was NOT as advertised. 2012 Mitsubishi eclipse GT w 11k miles it was trash. Dents, faded paint, all trim w faded, rust and deep scratch on driver's door, tint had bubbles, they would only take 1000 dollars off price. Listed price is 18k booked at 14k. The. Dealer JJ never offered to pay for gas which was a 6 hr drive round trip and cost me 150$ processing fee from my credit union to have the 15 thousand they would loan on vehicle! They never offered any compensation. My son-in-law had all intentions on buying a new Tahoe that same day but told them they were shady and not getting his business! We told them I'd be 6k heavy on loan value and that they needed to get closer to loan value but dealer insisted we could buy car today for 17k and turn right around and sell it for 19k or 20k. Absolutely not true. I would not even drive that 2012 eclipse it was so trashy. I just sold my 08 eclipse GT for 5k with 200k miles i know nice vehicles and appreciate them. But this dealership is a flipping joke! Steer clear of this mess go to their competitors!! More

The van had a few issues that needed to be fixed; Boyd promised to keep us updated via text with daily progress reports and he did just that. They put new tires on the van and had it beautifully detailed before delivering to us. We are very happy customers! Jean & Jeff More
