They went out of their way above and beyond helping us to find the right car. They followed through with everything they said they would do. It was a pleasure working with them. We love our Jeep Compass and anyone who is looking for or needs a good used vehicle, you should go see them. I also want to mention Don ,who was very helpful and Sid. Thanks, Jim and Pat More
HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! For starters, the down payment doesn't actually go to the loan itself, it goes to Marshall Motors, so I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! For starters, the down payment doesn't actually go to the loan itself, it goes to Marshall Motors, so the $1000 I put down towards my car, did not actually go to my car. I mentioned that the car was pulling to the left and they said the tires just needed to be filled up. They said the car was inspected and everything was great and in working order, all fluids were checked and full, but it did not come with a spare set of keys or floor mats. The day after I took it home, I realized that the oil had not been changed, the windshield wiper fluid container was broken with a huge hole in it, pumping up the tires did not fix the pulling and the front passenger tire was completely bald. I called them and they offered to fix the windshield wiper container and replace the tire. I asked about the alignment and they said it has to be the tire pressure. They fixed the container and tire and I took it home and checked the tires again, it still pulled to the left. I reached back out via email and phone calls and never received a response. The pulling got much worse and was so bad it was hard to steer. I continued to reach out about getting the alignment checked and they refused to help. The alignment was never fixed. They also refused to change the oil even though they said it was changed when I got it so I had to pay for that. When I got the car, they did not even mention gap insurance which should be offered as I later found out down the road. I tried to call Marshall Motors of Florence to get details on the gap insurance and they refused to help. I finally got to speak with someone and I was put on hold over 5 times, told they could not help me that I would have to talk to the Dry Ridge location and when I asked if they could transfer me to them, they told me no! Then put me on another hold and came back and said, sorry we like to try and get out of here early on Friday's so I can't seem to find anyone to help. It was Tuesday at 345 PM!! Are you kidding me? It is your responsibility to help and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. So I ended up hanging up after about 35 minutes of xxxxxxxxx and called the Dry Ridge location. I got someone on the phone who then just said hold on, and transferred me into someone's voicemail in which I never received a call back from. I had to call back once again and speak to someone who was rude and couldn't help me either. I hope no one ever does business with this company as they are the worst and enjoy screwing people over and wasting their time. They lie about everything and sell faulty cars and steal money that is supposed to go towards the loan of the car. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a car from Marshall Motors or Dry Ridge Toyota. More
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! I'm sorry I had to give this even one star. The car ran for a day, and then was in and out and in and out of their shop for three weeks. No loaner o I'm sorry I had to give this even one star. The car ran for a day, and then was in and out and in and out of their shop for three weeks. No loaner offered and no reimbursement on two tow truck bills. When the deal fell through (duh!) they took WEEKS to return the down payment or the title of the car traded in. The WORST. More
I purchased a vehicle from this used car lot and have had to spend almost $2,000 in repairs within 5 months. Aside from leaks and replaced parts, the most important thing to point out is that two items on t to spend almost $2,000 in repairs within 5 months. Aside from leaks and replaced parts, the most important thing to point out is that two items on the vehicle were serious safety hazards when purchased. The front brakes were shot, and the sway bar links were broken. After a test drive, the front brakes were questioned, and the lot advised me that the brakes were just checked and the pads were "thick". The truth is that the front brakes pads and rotors were done. Sales was friendly but not to be trusted. If you find a vehicle on this lot, definitely get the vehicle thoroughly checked by a third party before purchasing. I've learned that lesson the hard way.
