Dead battery in 2019 Ford Lariat F-150. Took truck by about 3:30 pm. The Service writer did a god job and was curtius. He did not have an understanding or familiarity with the extended warranty products I purchased with my vehicle from Marshal Mize. The story was, he could give me a time to bring the vehicle in. However, he could not provide a time (or even a day) when the work would be completed.
