Falicha Newton answered the call in service and she worked me in Wednesday. I got the oil changed then. She had to order parts for the coolant system, which came in the next day. There was a delay getting to my appointment on Thursday, but 2 service techs came up to check on me. I was ok with it as there was an issue with another customer. The service tech came out to show me why the coolant overflow tank needed replaced. The communication was outstanding.
