He was quick with all things that needed to be done. But most of all he picked up the phone on the first ring every time and answered my questions and got me what I wanted. He was courteous and friendly. I'm kind of upset I didn't get a chance to meet him, because I like to meet the people I do business with. He went above and beyond working all the details and when I couldn't follow through on one item, he didn't give me guilt trip, he said, "No worries, All Good."
