I already knew the MSRP, money factor, residual value, and all costs and fees associated with purchasing the vehicle. Eli Hazan greeted me and I was imediately inpressed with his approach. Spelled out all the numbers clearly in an Excel program the he personally created. Bottom line... Eli was fabulous. Got a new Lexus 460 SUV from Marquis. He gave me the best deal right off the bat. AND My old one truck was 4000 miles over... and he saved me the fees, as he found equity in the vehicle, and arranged to buy the car from Lexus. No other dealer even suggested this.
