So I decided to give her a shot. She was extremely easy to work with, super attentive and was able to find my dream car with all the specs ( 2014 Lexus ES 300 H) for a price point well below what the Lexus dealership was offering. I had given her the green light to get the car, when she called me the next day and let me know that she actually was able to find my car with all my must have features like Navigation heated & cooled seats and the Technology package. I was floored. She got the car delivered to my house within a few days and the process was so smooth. No DMV, no Dealerships, no pain.
