BAD EXPERIANCE Absolutely AWFUL experience. I had the absolute DISPLEASURE of dealing with ALBERT and SIMON. Once they receive their money, its like the customer Absolutely AWFUL experience. I had the absolute DISPLEASURE of dealing with ALBERT and SIMON. Once they receive their money, its like the customer no longer exists! The whole point of going through these third party car leasing companies is to avoid the stress of dealing with a car dealer first-hand. These people actually made my experience worse than any dealer would have. I got the car with temporary plates and they ASSURED ME that my regular plates and registration are on the way and that I should not go to the DMV. NOW THE TEMPORARY PLATES AND REGISTRATION ARE EXPIRED AND THEY SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME! Albert, who I purchased the lease from, is away on "vacation" and Simon keeps giving me the run around. I guess that is how they run their racket! Not to mention, I just realized the car has some scratches on it they never told me about initially! Let my terrible experience be a lesson to any one who is thinking about purchasing a lease from this sham of a company. Stay away from them. More

I contracted Simon 60+ days before my lease ended, so Simon used the time to find a dealer who would order me the car that had the exact colors and options that I wanted and would also sell me the car at a great price. The car was from a dealer nearly 100 miles away, and Simon arranged for the dealer to deliver the car to my house. The signing process was smooth and easy, and there were no stupid games. I'd highly recommend Simon and Marquis to anyone looking for a great price, great service, and who doesn't have the time or energy to invest in order to hope to get to a good price. More
