Frank handled the finance end and explained everything in the most understandable way. He also offered several extended warranty options. Normally I would have shut him down immediately but given the expense of the purchase (and the cost of most cars these days) we heard him out and actually purchased an extended warranty, I highly recommend Marquardt if you're in the market for a Buick or GMC truck.
