Always friendly, helpful and interested in solving a problem My visit was just to run through the car wash and as I was leaving a very observant employee noticed my front license plate was hanging down and about My visit was just to run through the car wash and as I was leaving a very observant employee noticed my front license plate was hanging down and about to fall off. He alerted me and said if I had a few minutes he would fix it. He quickly returned with a couple of tools and re-attached the plate. This above and beyond attention to detail is what elevates Marquardt of Barrington from the others. I did not get his name so I will provide a brief description; young, slim, with red hair. Service Above and Beyond The service department went above and beyond expectations in trying to diagnose an issue with my mothers car. The issue resolved itself and my mothe The service department went above and beyond expectations in trying to diagnose an issue with my mothers car. The issue resolved itself and my mother was charged absolutely nothing. They even delivered her car back to her home as she was recovering from surgery. I can’t thank them enough.
