Most corrupt horrible sales people in a dealership I’ve ever seen. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lied and tricked me for everything they could because I was young and on my own. They smelled blood tricked me out of 2500 and didn’t even give me the warranty they promised also had me pick up the truck 4 days after I signed it to “let the payment go through” I then realized the truck is over 500 miles more than it originally was. These guys are as crooked as you could possibly be idk how Chrysler lets them use their name. Absolutely pathetic wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy More

Buyer Beware of Salesmen at Ricci's Promising Smoke-Free! I bought a used 2019 Dodge Big Horn RAM pickup over the internet from Cars.Com from this dealer who orally affirmed in a phone conversation that the v I bought a used 2019 Dodge Big Horn RAM pickup over the internet from Cars.Com from this dealer who orally affirmed in a phone conversation that the vehicle had no smoke odor in the cab. My daughter picked up the vehicle in Michigan which was conveniently delivered to her motel. Once she got into the vehicle, she had a big 'UH-OH' moment noticing that the vehicle had once belonged to not only a smoker but a HEAVY smoker. I immediately contacted the dealership and my poor sales rep, Dan, had not noticed that the truck had belonged to a smoker....I dunno why, maybe he was a smoker. I couldn't hold him accountable but an individual that I had talked to about the vehicle before I was assigned to Dan......a salesman by the name of John had assured me that the truck cab was smoke-free. Well, I must say that this experience has cured me of buying 'sight unseen' vehicles again. I can't do anything about getting remedied on this situation but I have a very bad taste in my mouth about Joe Ricci's Dodge Dealership in Marlette, Michigan! And I happen to check the Carfax which stated it was done by a local car dealer which is only about 5 miles from me. Lou Ricci of Taylor. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joe sitting at the first desk. And I inquired about the car he says yeah that's a car from one of our sister dealerships cool I said. So we handled all the paperwork and transaction rate at the Taylor store. Between communication with Joe and Dwayne at Marlette Jeep and Chrysler dealer in Marlette Michigan. They managed to get me a fantastic deal into play. So I took my trade to Marlette Michigan which was a nice long Cruze about 2 hours. And met Dwayne there at 8:30 in the morning we finish the transaction. I got to drive my new ride home I cannot think of a better way to test drive a car.
