My experience test driving and choosing the car I wanted was great. My salesman Bob had the car pulled up and ready for me. Bob was down to earth and easy to talk to. The car was exactly what I wanted (23 was great. My salesman Bob had the car pulled up and ready for me. Bob was down to earth and easy to talk to. The car was exactly what I wanted (23 Subaru Crosstrek with low mileage) with minor hail damage. I asked for a reduction based on the dings and Bob went to his sales manager and got me exactly the price I wanted. That was the good part. Then you go into the Finance manager, Jesse Klein. Bear in mind I am paying cash, no financing. Here comes the high pressure. He pressured me on 4 different service contracts. I said no 4 times. No means no. He persisted. It was uncomfortable. Now I am a New Jersey girl. You can't push me around. But he did waste 25 minutes of my time explaining the service contract, Portfolio Protection, which I declined. He tried lowering the price, still no. He made it sound wonderful and easy to get repairs done. I checked the Consumer Affairs website Portfolio Protection gets a rating of 1.4 out of 5. Portfolio has terrible customer service based on reviews. Can't we lose these high pressure sales tactics and honor your customer's wishes? More

Worse Customer Service, EVER. I was told Friday My car would be done Saturday, they wanted to change the oil and give me some new tires. Saturday, i was told my car would be done Monday, and they would throw in new tires for the inconvenience. Trying to reward me with something already promised. Monday i was told my car hadn't been fixed yet, i wasn;t even aware there was an issue that needed fixed. Tuesday my car was ready. Never got a walk through or an offer to show me how the car works. But I was told, NO SPECIAL FAVORS, but you can have free car washes, we do that for all our customers. The first thing i did when i left the lot was take off ALL MARKLEY HONDA license plate frames and stickers off and tossed them. Quote from his text" i dont' have to be mean, i didnt promise you nothing " and " i wont do you any favors ". THe Topper The interior of the car was DIRTY and smelled like an old sock when i received it from the dealer. My text from my car SALES person " THEY must have missed it ". You think that the guy would have checked the car.... 1000 % crummy service. Insensitive, inconsiderate and RUDE. More

Michael did a great job and was very knowledgeable of the truck and its features. He even took the time to walk us through the computer setup and made sure we knew how everything worked before we drove away truck and its features. But the overall buying experience was the typical dealer run around for me, with a first offer by the sales manager that was not even close nor worth countering. But Michael persisted and we did eventually get to a reasonable deal on the third visit that was more consistent with what other dealers were offering. More
