Warren was very professional. The service technician was good as well. I took my vehicle to another dealership which was a HUGE mistake and it was not good at all. The technician actually shoved a piece of wood in between the front bowtie to try and solve the issue that I was having. When I brought the vehicle to Marketplace it was like night and day. I felt like family there. I recommend Marketplace sales and service. Rate them at a 10 out of 10. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Marketplace. I am satisfied with the '23 Colorado. However, there was no owners manual with the truck. I ordered one from Helminc for $87.69. I received an abbreviated manual and returned the it to the dealership with the cost statement and was told I would receive reimbursement. I purchased the truck 9/30/23. I still have no owners manual or reimbursement for same. My recommendation when purchasing from this dealer is to confirm you have everything in your possession before you write your check. I'm twisting in the wind. My sales contact has done everything in his power to resolve this issue. For that I'm thankful. More

I was going to put this as a review for Marketplace Chevrolet Buick but apparently they won’t allow it. I want to let everyone know of the scam they are running. My husband, Mike Free dropped off his w Chevrolet Buick but apparently they won’t allow it. I want to let everyone know of the scam they are running. My husband, Mike Free dropped off his work truck for an oil change on October 24. He was told no problem. Then called later that day and told there was a transmission leak. They said parts are ordered and will be here tomorrow. They said it’s all covered by warranty. Fine ok… well he hadn’t heard anything by Thursday so we called back. Said parts weren’t in yet. He told them it had to be ready by Monday when he went back to work. Called Friday… they wouldn’t take his calls. Saturday he talked to a lady and she told him he couldn’t get his try until it was done. He told her that wasn’t an option. She told him he would have to sign a bunch of forms. Well , my hubby called Red River Chevy and talked to them. They tried to call Marketplace and they wouldn’t return their calls either. So, Monday we go get it. Fully prepared to call the Sheriff’s department if they won’t release the truck. We get the truck. While In the office, the service manager is on a call with a customer. When he hangs up he is saying horrible things about that customer where EVERYONE can here. So, if anyone knows Ms. Sneed that is also having issue with Marketplace…. Let her know they were talking bad about her. Mike takes the truck to Red River Chevrolet and they check it out completely…. Guess what… no transmission leak. It is a scam to get easy money from GM on warranties. So beware and stay away from that horrible place. More
