The website was easy to use and we quickly narrowed our search for a vehicle that met all our needs. We requested a quote and received a call at the open of business the very next day. We met TJ and we test drove the vehicle we had requested. It was not what we thought we wanted. TJ listened to what we didn't like about the vehicle we test drove, and had a second vehicle to test drive within minutes. This was the vehicle we imagined when we were on the website. He nailed it. We sat briefly and filled out our paperwork, TJ got us a great deal with a local credit union, I signed on the line, shook hands with TJ, and drove off in our new car with smiles on our faces. More
