I have purchased several trucks from this dealer before the ownership/name change. Nothing extraordinary to report during those transactions, mainly that it felt like a fair transaction. I was asked to pay a $5,000 “market adjustment” premium on top of full MSRP pricing. When I informed the sales manager that I was not going to do that he got mad, told me “everyone” was charging “market adjustments” these days. NOT TRUE, only the extra greedy dealers taking advantage of shortages. I am glad I walked out…the 2 dealers I talked to after that both said they’d not be charging an extra $5,000, while offering the same/similar for trade. Don’t pay the market adjustment premium & refuse to do business with Mark Wahlberg until they remove these fees (and even after, I will anyway). Not on board with companies taking advantage in these situations to put record profits before customer loyalty. More
