My 5th vehicle purchased from Haydocy Once I'd done my research and decided on the GMC Canyon, over the Nissan Frontier and Toyota Tacoma, I visited several dealers...All most of them want Once I'd done my research and decided on the GMC Canyon, over the Nissan Frontier and Toyota Tacoma, I visited several dealers...All most of them wanted was a deposit and they'd "find" me the truck I wanted.... Haydocy actually had a truck with what I was looking for already on it. I spoke with Paula Klass one evening. She was actually scheduled to be off, but offered to wait till I got there to meet with me. She sold me a 2007 Pontiac Vibe in that year, plus she knew that I'd purchased vehicles from that dealership previously... We spent a good hour or so talking about purchase options. Once I made up my mind and had my funding in place, I called Paula to make sure they still had the vehicle, which they did. She squirreled it away in the back lot with a sale pending sticker on till I could get there.... Upon my arrival, met with Paula and Bob Park...They'd had the truck prepped and ready for me to take home that night... Even finance man Aaron Jones was still there as I'd dealt with him when I bought the 07 Vibe.... So I definitely had the "Family" feeling.... I've had the truck a week now and love it...... More

New Terrain Purchase I new what options I wanted when I walked in the door. I test drove one of the Terrains that was in stock, although it did not have everything I wante I new what options I wanted when I walked in the door. Great addition adding Bob to Customer contact by phone! John us who I made appointment with and who signed me in when I arrived. Very nice and informative. This was a airbag recall I was notified of last August, that took so very long until resolved. Very inconvenient, that no one could ride in passenger front seat from notice received August 3, 2015 until word received your dealership had airbags in stock. Letter received on February 8, 2016 (Monday) and appointment made for next day at 10am. I waited on airbag but was disappointed when to my dismay that this was last airbag you had in stock and it was defective. I would have to wait now until more airbags, already ordered were received. John advised me to call back later in the week, and when received I could make an appointment hopefully airbags would be in soon, however he warned me ahead of time that he would be out on Thursday. Bob Park, unaware of situation called to check on the Customer Service experience. He was very helpful once he found out what happened and set up an appointment for Friday at 8am. I even checked back and talked to him on Thursday and he reassured me airbags were in and appointment should take care of airbag issue. I am aware it was unavoidable situation. I am so glad to have airbag fixed after such a LONG wait and inconvenience waiting for parts to be provided.. Still certainly will continue to use Haydocy. I love that I can get Golden Buckeye discount on most of my service repairs or maintenance. More
