I dropped off my legacy that I purchased 2 weeks prior here, to get the items fixed that Dawn Saak promised. I thought I was going to have to wait a week with my loaner, but it was all done in about 4 hrs here, to get the items fixed that Dawn Saak promised. Great service but overpriced for labor charges As always, I received great service on my vehicle. That is one of the reasons I have purchased five vehicles from Mark Miller Subaru over the years. I know that for service pricing, you go by a book that says how long it takes to do a procedure. My car was in the bay for approximately 1.5 hours and the labor costs were over $450.00. $245.00 labor to change four spark plugs... really? More

Super quick service Very pleased with our service experience this morning at Mark Miller Subaru. Barely had enough time to eat a wonderful home-cooked breakfast burrito at their lunch counter right there next to the service department. I had an issue with my legacy so I called and scheduled the appointment and clearly explained that I have a full wrap 100k warranty and had previously taken it to Nate wade where I had purchased it origina the appointment and clearly explained that I have a full wrap 100k warranty and had previously taken it to Nate wade where I had purchased it originally. Everything actually went great from that stantdpoint. Then when I showed up they presented me with some total BS thing to sign saying I approve being billed at $118 an hour for diagnostics if it wasn’t covered under warranty. I explained that doesn’t make any sense both from taking my car to Nate wade multiple times and never having that thrown at me, as well from working in the car business for over 15 years. They didn’t seem at all interested in trying to explain or work with me in the least so I got in my car and left. Immediately called Nate Wade and got scheduled without any issues. I’ll never go back to Mark Miller for anything under any circumstances. Total scam artists and horrible customer service. More

I had scheduled a 48K service and was advised there was also a warranty recall on the vehicle. When I pulled into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by the Service Advisor, Sarah Harper. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. While I was waiting she kept me updated on not only the routine service but the warranty repair and the amount of time that would be required to complete the process. She was also very informative about the specifics of the warranty recall. I have now owned my Outback for 5 years and have had continuously positive interactions with the entire staff at Miller South Towne. Based on my experience I continue to refer friends who are looking to buy a new car to the dealership. More
