Recall plus Received an e-mail re a recall, Called for appt. and commented that the last time I had been in for service + this recall following an earlier genera Received an e-mail re a recall, Called for appt. and commented that the last time I had been in for service + this recall following an earlier general notice I had enquired if the parts were in for the recall and was assured they were. Then when I arrived was told they were not in. The service was needed anyway so it was not a wasted trip. She said they would notify me when the parts arrived. I am assuming the e-mail I received this time was that notice as it came directly from the dealership. However, to be safe the woman making the appointment this time put me on hold and called the service department to confirm the parts were there. Arrived for appt. checked in quickly and went to wait. Service rep came in to advise that the technician had noted my engine filter could use replacement. Cost would be part only, no labor. I agreed. Car returned in great condition, clean and ready to go quicker than I expected. Service rep made a point of cleaning door handle (inside and out), steering wheel and shift nob to minimize the chance of any contamination. Great work. More
I brought in my Crosstrek 3 times in the past week (catalytic converters causes check engine light to come on, then both 02 sensors had to be replaced after). Both Sarah and Carlos took great care of me and my car this past week, thank you both! The entire staff was also extremely friendly and helpful in getting me loaner cars while mine was with the service team. Hats off to you all, cheers! More
We really appreciated the pick up and drop off service. Max and Abby were very courteous and efficient about keeping us updated as to arrival. Our car was sanitized. I typically have questions and it is important to me to fully understand what repairs or maintenance work is needed.
