I advised we would be upstairs looking at vehicles. He said they'd call us if needed. We came back downstairs at 5:15. No one told us that a tech had not looked at our vehicle until we went and inquires about the status. We were not pleased that no one let us know this earlier. We have always experienced a very high level of service, so this scenario was out of character. The next morning, service supervisor Jo apologized for the mix up and went above and beyond by getting a service appointment on Saturday and getting us a loaner vehicle until all repairs were completed. Factory recall service I was notified of a factory recall that our Subaru Outback required service for a meter reprogram. Your service dept was much more relaxed and unhurried with time taken to hear my concerns and offer great feedback. Thanks to my service writer, Austin Sharp, for his informed, attentive and friendly demeanor. Without my saying anything about a groan in the transmission, Austin picked up on that when he drove the car out of the write-up bay and offered a possible solution - something Nate Wade could not do or be bothered to look into. He also took the time to discuss other issues in a genuine and engaging manner - something Nate Wade's service writers were always too busy to do. Many thanks! BTW - Austin should be added to your list of employees!!! More

When they called me into the auto bay to pay for the service, I accidentally left in on the counter. I won't name the person who was handling the service of my vehicle and who rang me up but when I called today and after checking twice, once with everyone and once with the specific serviceman, they informed me they didn't have it. I am very disappointed to say the least and I can't stay with a dealership that to me doesn't have honest employees. More
