Passenger airbag recall I brought in my Subaru Legacy for the passenger side airbag recall. I had previously made an appointment and was told the replacement could take from I brought in my Subaru Legacy for the passenger side airbag recall. I had previously made an appointment and was told the replacement could take from 4 to 6 hours to complete. Having said that, the service staff was waiting and ready to work on my car. I am from out of state and when the service mechanics found out that I would be waiting in the waiting room for the entire time, they said they would try to expedite my wait time, even though I assured them that I had brought a book with me and was looking forward to the time to read. They did indeed finish my car in record time. I was thrilled with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. We have 2 Subarus - a legacy and an outback. We have only had them serviced with Mark Miller in Sandy since we have purchased them, even though there are other dealers closer. They have always done excellent work. We love them!! More

Tech found the needle in the haystack! After a quick service stop with a patient service rep and a scheduled appointment with another service rep, a patient technician found the tiniest of After a quick service stop with a patient service rep and a scheduled appointment with another service rep, a patient technician found the tiniest of rocks that was causing the most irritating inconsistent sound as it spun around the rotor. The service rep could have just written this off as an unfounded issue and sent me on my way but agreed to keep the car overnight to see if the morning yielded the noise again and thankfully it did! More
Good experience I just needed a pre-road trip check on my 2013 Outback. My visit was unscheduled. Shout out to "quick" service Initially I was upset that I couldn't get an appointment for an emergency situation related to a noise coming from one of my wheels. I was advised by Initially I was upset that I couldn't get an appointment for an emergency situation related to a noise coming from one of my wheels. I was advised by the person that took my call for an appointment to go to the Quick service area to see if they could identify any serious issues related to the noise. Initially I was going to be turned away but when I explained the situation the service rep (didn't get his name - based on pictures it might be Bill Russel) took the car back to see if there was any obvious problems that should prevent me from continuing to drive the car until I could get a "real" appointment. Turns out there was nothing wrong and whatever the service techs did when they took the wheel off seemed to fix it. If not for the service rep at the Quick service area (sorry - didn't get his name) I was going to write-off every going back to Mark Miller Subaru. I invested over $40K in an Outback at their dealership and the car is still under warranty - should be easier to get appointments but at least, in this case, the Quick service rep was able to help me out. More
