You said you would send us what you had that matched what we asked for since it was late in the day and we needed to leave. Within hours, you sent pictures of several cars, descriptions and their prices. I was amazed! You listened to what wanted and gave me time to look at what you sent. When I came in I had already decided what I wanted to look at and test drive. You were ready to show me others if needed. Your calm nature and patience allowed me time to make my final decision and I went home with my car that day. Your efforts made it fast and easy to decide. Less anxiety and frustration. Dealer set an appointment to fix a recall issue. When I got there, they did not have the part. We set another appointment. At the second appointment they still did not have part. Had my car all day for warranty work, wanted to charge me for a loaner car $20, parts not in stock, so I’m waiting 30+ days and counting to then bring back the car for them to fix it. Work should take an hou for a loaner car $20, parts not in stock, so I’m waiting 30+ days and counting to then bring back the car for them to fix it. Work should take an hour, max, but they insist on all day because it must wait in line. Remind me why I have a warranty and bought a new Subaru? Not the experience I expected for sure. More
