Compared to some of our previous experiencers in purchasing vehicles in the Salt Lake area, this one was a dream. We especially liked the fact that the purchase price was a fair one (with documentation) and there was no haggling or negotiation involved. Altogether a very positive experience. More

Midtown is conveniently located for me and service is great. This visit however, would have been nice to know that I should’ve driven up to the Express Service entry instead of parking in back of two oth great. This visit however, would have been nice to know that I should’ve driven up to the Express Service entry instead of parking in back of two other cars in front of the Service entry and waiting 5+ minutes before one of two service attendants acknowledged my presence inside, and who, several minutes later, told me to walk over to Express. It was late in the afternoon so I figured everyone was tired and I hoped service would be okay. Service was great and quick. The checkout staffer was so pleasant and attentive leaving me with a positive takeaway too. Also, I was impressed that my attendant alerted the food guy that I was coming in to the waiting area, where I appreciated the complimentary Coke. More
