Needed new key fob The personnel at Mark McLarty were very helpful to say the least. From the clerk at the reception desk to the serviceman and mechanic. I can’t remember all of the names that helped me, but one that I do remember, for sure, is Nick. He was one of the servicemen, he took the time and went the extra effort to ensure that I got what I needed. I came with no key fob working at all, and I left with a key fob that worked (apparently all it needed was a battery), and an extra key to use in my ignition and drivers door only. Needless to say I left feeling like a ‘happy camper.’ Thanks to Nick at Mark McLarty in North Little Rock Arkansas. More

Oil chsnge Bought my car there new in 2010 and always had it serviced there - went on Saturday & waited 4 hours - left until Monday - Then I found out you have Bought my car there new in 2010 and always had it serviced there - went on Saturday & waited 4 hours - left until Monday - Then I found out you have to have appointment for oil change Never had to have an appointment before Hated seeing my carvpudhed back so I left after 4 hours More
