The appointment went well. It was a fairly good experience but the price was high which I knew it would be as Tia informed me of the possible price. To replace the entire brake It was a fairly good experience but the price was high which I knew it would be as Tia informed me of the possible price. To replace the entire brake system was a large undertaking and long as the master cylinder order was late arriving from the jobber. OH and my car wasn't washed but I found a wash ticket from Tia on the dash. Thanks, Carl More

recall I live over 40 miles from dealership. When I called about the letter said it could take a half a day or longer. I asked for a rental car and they said I live over 40 miles from dealership. Upon arrival and after I left and made it back home they called my wife and told her that they needed it back as soon as possible. First thing the next morning they called and wanted it back and I had already left for work. My wife said they were very rude on the phone. The people in car rental and the cashier were very nice but the service person was very rude. He never told me who he was or I would have let him know how I felt. More

Service was a little slower than in the past. I came in for my 60,000 mile service, but only needed an oil change, tire balance and rotation which took about 3.5 hours.
