They don't ha 30 days after the 30 day warranty expired, the transmission went out and now the kids have to come up with $2,000 to get the car back. They don't have it. I think this is unfair and not very customer service oriented. They should have at least offered to pay for 1/2 of the bill since they had just sold them the car. The customer service at Northpoint Ford in general really sucks. They are a mega-dealer and treat customers as such. Once they have your money then you're on your own.... Rich Whitaker is just a typical car sucks. They are a mega-dealer and treat customers as such. Once they have your money then you're on your own.... Rich Whitaker is just a typical car salesman. You get the lip-service, but no action. He won't return phone calls or do much else once you've made your purchase..... Was also told the vehicle I bought was "Ford Certified" and was given a blank checklist that they supposedly have gone through in the service department. Obviously that had not happened. Both window door motors in the front were dragging, the AC was not blowing cold, & the windshield leaked when it rained.... More
I went to the dealership on Saturday morning (8/14/2010)for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2007 Ford Escape. I was met in the service department by Richard Whitaker inquiring if I was in (8/14/2010)for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2007 Ford Escape. I was met in the service department by Richard Whitaker inquiring if I was interested in a new vehicle. I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle that day, but left the dealership in a beautiful White 2010 Ford Edge! Beautiful vehicle...Thanks to Richard for making that happen!! Could not be happier and have already referred a friend to him. More
