My father located a car for me and gave me a blank check to purchase the car. I thought the price was too high for the mileage and age of the car and told the salesman what I was willing to write the check to purchase the car. However, as I was trying to negotiate with him (Rich Whitaker) the used car sales manager (Tim Starks) joined us at the desk and began to antagonize and be extremely disrespectful to my boyfriend who had gone with me. We left the dealership and Mr. Starks followed us out yelling that I should go car shopping alone. (My boyfriend had asked some questions regarding the Blue Book value of the car that they did not want to answer.) Unbeknownst to me, Mr. Whitaker had taken the insurance and registration paperwork from my car without my permission or consent. Because of the horrible attempt to give them money failed, my boyfriend and I left the dealership. We were a few miles on the way back home (to Fayetteville) when Mr. Whitaker called and told me he had the papers and would return them. Of course he never did. I even offered to send a self addressed, stamped envelope. More
Before I purchased the car, everyone was curteous & friendly. The paperwork was rushed & misleading. I was told I would get a payment book & it never happened. North Point took it as a challenge and have listened and adhered to my feedback. Several years back they brought back a real service manager, Lee. He made an impression on me, fixed my problem and my experience, so I came back. We continued to buy here. Alfonso was my sales associate, he was very helpful in finding the vehicle I selected and Chad in Finance wrapped it up in a nice package ensuring my financing was as I desired and not led by a banking institution. I rarely write reviews, but my entire family was pleased with this transaction. More

Sammy and the employees at North Point Ford were extremely friendly and helpful when we visited the dealership looking for a new car. He listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect car to match our needs and wants. We were given top dollar for our trade in. When we expressed concerns over financing he helped to soothe our nerves and walked us through the entire process painlessly. The managers and finance office were extremely helpful and explained everything that was taking place and helped us to feel better about our decision to purchase a vehicle. After signing all the paperwork, Sammy then walked us to our new vehicle and showed us how to operate all the gadgets, including the gas tank, trunk release, heating/cooling system, radio, etc. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and will be returning in the future for any car purchase!
