I think they were trying sale me tires I don't need The service include tire rotation but the tech said he did not rotate the tires because they were "chewed up". But the tires are not chewed up. Top notch customer satisfaction Allen communicates well...even though I didn't call him til 1 pm on Saturday for regular service, he told me to bring it in, got on it right away.
