Not happy Came in for routine oil change. Told a tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was told when I purchased the car that tires are replaced at no c Came in for routine oil change. Told a tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was told when I purchased the car that tires are replaced at no charge. A new tire was put on without any quote given, assumed no charge. Checked out and told there would be a charge! Was told only free with normal wear and tear, not road hazard. Why was I not given a quote before work completed. I feel the tire was factory defective, not road hazard. I called manager Jim, to discuss, no return call. This is not acceptable. More

Liars! Purchased a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. When purchasing the vehicle purchased a bumper to bumper warranty that was to include tires for life Purchased a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. When purchasing the vehicle purchased a bumper to bumper warranty that was to include tires for life and windshield replacement. Have attempted to have service department fix both, they have both been denied. When wife takes vehicle in for service the service manager is extremely condescending to her. Have had nothing but issues with vehicle since the purchase, and the warranty that was purchased does nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!! More
