The reason I’m leaving a one star review is because I bought a 21 Chevy Trailblazer from them with the level 5 protection plan the highest you can buy. Bought the car in February a few days ago my engine bought a 21 Chevy Trailblazer from them with the level 5 protection plan the highest you can buy. Bought the car in February a few days ago my engine light came on took it to them they ran a diagnostic test cost me $109.00 came back saying something about the gas valve the price to fix it would be 575.00. Said my protection plan would not cover it. I mean the part to fix it cost around $40.00 and they want to charge me that much! I’ll never do business with them again they are a bunch of greedy people at Mark Martin Ford! I’m almost 80 years old and live on SS so I can’t afford that. I’ve been doing business with them since 2013 but never again. More

I had been looking online for a small truck and found a number of Mavericks at Mark Martin Ford and had looked at them for several days especially a Maverick XL hybrid. In response to my searches they r number of Mavericks at Mark Martin Ford and had looked at them for several days especially a Maverick XL hybrid. In response to my searches they reached out to me and invited me to come down and take a look at one they had on the lot. After looking at the truck went home to talk about it and went back the next day to finalize the purchase and they did several upgrades on the vehicle at my request and I was very pleased with the results. They will be my choice for service even though they are 40 minutes to an hour away. Can't say enough nice things about my experience with Caleb Spinks and his handling of my purchase. For the question of financing it was not used since I paid cash for the vehicle and had no trade-in either. More
