This unbelievably horrendous experience at Mark Jacobson Service center started with two (2) mechanics not even knowing which fuses should be on my new 2014 Corolla, then the service manager didn't acknowledge the electrical issues going on and started blaming everything on the radio disregarding other issues my WEEK-OLD Corolla started having, then the service manager hung up on me when I told him this is a major safety issue having 2 unrelated intermittent electrical issues, then they ordered the wrong radio, then they bullied me to take my car back without fixing it. Who feels safe driving a car with two separate intermittent electrical issues? Totally unprofessional, incompetent, and rude people. I have never had such a terrible service experience with incompetent mechanics, incompetent and unprofessional service manager and general manager. No one acknowledged the issue that I was having and bullied me into taking the car back with the electrical issues unresolved! More
Oil Change I came in for an oil change and was welcomed immediately. Mark Jacobson Toyota is very generous with coupons. My complete oil change along with a brake inspection was a very reasonable price after the coupon. I could not even purchase the oil and filter for the price it cost me to get the oil changed. The employees are always so nice to me. My daughter and I worked on homework in the children's play room, and they finished in a reasonable time. :) More

We came into the Service Dept on a Friday and was greeted by Randy Pettiford. Randy was great with the approach and was very pleasant to deal with. I had not planned on spending any money but when Randy was conversing with another customer, we were listening on how his sales approach and that "big smile" that he came with and I told my wife, I'm glad we are dealing with him. not only did we agree to fix the vehicle, but will be back next week to do a more extensive repair with Randy! I had my 2003 Toyota Matrix In for a recall and Frank was the kind gentleman who assisted me. I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful facility it is. Poor quality service department. After years of doing business with MJ Toyota, I have decided to go elsewhere because of all of the reoccurring issues with service. I am very unhappy with the service I received on my 2011 highlander at mark Jacobson and with advisor Kyle Mccarty. I had my wife take the vehicle in after I had made an appointment online. Kyle up-sold my highlander at mark Jacobson and with advisor Kyle Mccarty. I had my wife take the vehicle in after I had made an appointment online. Kyle up-sold my wife on the 60,000 mile service which I did not want and refused to do the state inspection because the vehicle was outside the 60 day window. First, and most important if a customer wants an inspection you should do one, second Kyle learn NC DMV rules and according to the DMV an inspection can be performed within 90 days of a registration, not 60 days. I will be filing a complaint with the service manger in the morning, as I and my wife have never been treated as rudely as this at any other dealership. More
Horrible Service! My wife has been getting her oil changes here for a year and a half for free under the corporate toyota maintenance program. When she bought her car she purchased an extended mainten changes here for a year and a half for free under the corporate toyota maintenance program. When she bought her car she purchased an extended maintenance plan (at a different dealership). The corporate plan ended and she was told at this dealership her other plan would pick up where it left off. Dropped her car off for an oil change, received an estimate of $0, when she came to pick it up they charged her $130 and tried to sell her another $1000 of tires! I went back to get the money back and the service manager refused to give us a refund because they don't take the maintenance plan purchased from the other dealership. Even though they gave her an estimate of $0 at the time of drop off, and performed the work without calling to authorize $130 worth of work. I argued with the service manager for a few minutes and it culminated in him INSULTING MY WIFE saying she was not paying attention when she bought the car and "just saw it was blue and shiny and said I'll take it"! Can you believe that! I was literally speechless at such poor customer service from a MANAGER at that. Our family will never buy another Toyota again, let alone from this joke of a dealership! More
