A Most Pleasant and Rewarding Experience In early January (1/8), my wife and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have our then current Toyota Camry (2014) updated on a recall. While there, we In early January (1/8), my wife and I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to have our then current Toyota Camry (2014) updated on a recall. While there, we decided just to look at the cars on display in the showroom. While we were looking around, Tom Coffey, whom we worked with on our 2014 model, came to meet us. We fully enjoyed our time then and were very content to talk with him again. He asked about us and wondered if we were interested in looking at a new car. We thought ‘why not?’ and proceeded to do that. There was absolutely no pressure regarding a sales promotion or approach and he was so friendly just to talk with about the newer vehicles. He offered to have us look at a new model and, as we did that, he suggested a test drive (without any ‘you really have to do this’). As we finished that and returned to the showroom, he came to us with a cost for the new vehicle and this looked so pleasing that we just had to accept. What an amazing adventure for us, since we went there without any inclination to purchase a new vehicle at that time. Tom was delightful to talk with and to consider what genuinely was in our best interests. We returned home with a new car, no payments and a deeper friendship with Tom than we enjoyed previously. In view of this experience and others, we would truly recommend the Mark Jacobson Toyota dealership, and especially Tom Coffee, for any automobile purchase. John and Linda Laetz More

Pleasure Dealing With Service Person Scott One of your service personnel, Scott, had recommended that I have my vehicle's valve cover gaskets replaced back in November 2014, since they were beg One of your service personnel, Scott, had recommended that I have my vehicle's valve cover gaskets replaced back in November 2014, since they were beginning to leak. I subsequently took my vehicle in on January 16, 2015 to have the gaskets replaced. Scott was a pleasure to deal with at the customer checkout area after service was completed. I received a pleasant surprise about the amount of the invoice from him, which made the experience all the better. All of your staff I spoke with that day were very friendly to talk to and deal with. While waiting, a very nice young lady asked me a few quest I had no idea I'd be getting a new car yesterday when I took my 2011 Yaris in for service. While waiting, a very nice young lady asked me a few questions and suddenly I was whisked away by super friendly and helpful people and ended up driving home in a sweet new Prius C!! I introduced myself and was greeted by bright smile by Randy Pettiford whom was very warm with his greeting. I explained to him that I did not have a lot of money to do a lot but needed the most important and safety items I brought listed. Randy went over everything and itemized my list and told me what I needed immediately, which saved me about $268.56 to be exact. I fell comfortable coming to your dealership and will be back for future service with great employees and honesty intentions. More
