Whenever I am there I am greeted by Mr. Caldwell -- who is not even on the service side. He in sales. But Mr. Caldwell makes a point of saying hello, checking with me on what problems my car is having and making me feel at home. He always has a smile and a warm word to share. He does this with everyone and makes people feel like they are in safe hands whether they are getting their car serviced or buying a new one. I love him! More
Service department is TERRIBLE I had an appointment to have a recall repair, and after waiting 30 minutes was told the part was not in, so I had to take it back. I was promised they would provide a rental car, but when I arrived and told service writer, he rudely said he didn't know about the request. Since I knew he (Andrew) was the person I spoke with I challenged him and he then remembered passing it on to someone else. So then I waited 40 minutes at MJT waiting for Enterprise to come get me (from less than a mile away), to then spend 10 minutes with them contacting MJT about authorization for payment (by MJT). Then when I got the car back, 2 of the plastic pieces (on steering wheel) were not properly clicked back together. More

Out of town repair I have a 2015 Corolla and it had to have a front wheel bearing replaced by the dealer I purchased the car from in Ohio. A week later I heard the same I have a 2015 Corolla and it had to have a front wheel bearing replaced by the dealer I purchased the car from in Ohio. A week later I heard the same noise while visiting Chapel Hill. I drove over to the dealer and they immediately looked at it. Advised me that the bearing had failed again due to an incorrect installation at the other dealer. They had to order some parts and they would fix it the next day. I dropped the car off the next day (Andrew G-the service representative from the previous day was standing outside my car as soon as I pulled in) and it was done in the time frame quoted. There was an issue with the warranty because the part was bad due to the improper installation. They contacted the original dealership and had them pay for the fix so I didn't have to pay upfront and then work on getting it refunded back to me. Was offered a loaner car even though I didn't buy the car there. Very satisfied with the service department. . More

Best dealership in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area I went in to have my 2011 Toyota Camry serviced. I was met by Edwin Caldwell while waiting. I inquired about the VIP Program and he took complete owne I went in to have my 2011 Toyota Camry serviced. I was met by Edwin Caldwell while waiting. I inquired about the VIP Program and he took complete ownership of my request. Not only did he show me the new 2015 Camry models but he worked with me every step of the way to put me into a new car. Even though I was not looking to buy a new car that day, Edwin and his team went way and above to put me into a new Camry and made my buying experience special and memorable. I am totally enjoying my 2015 Camry and my many thanks go out to Ed and the rest of the team at Mark Jacobson Toyota! Great job!!! More
