Service worth mentioning..!! I am not a review writer but felt i should mention few names since i felt happy after dealing with them today. I did service few days back but was charged some $$ since my maintenance expired according to the agent.I went in for something else today and i started talking to Nate.Pleasant ,happy and smiling guy.Ready to help with anything u ask .Then came Jason who was also very nice & understanding . They researched and said i should be covered for the service and refunded me. The thing that stand out is there are few guys (old but don''t mention the name) very intimidating (i almost feel like walking out) ,but few others like Nate and Jason ready to help and very customer friendly .Thanks and appreciate your help today.I felt great after talking to both of u .Good luck. Excellent Service and Experience I took my '07 Camry in for service and had been thinking of a new car for a while. I test drove a new Rav4 with the intent of just seeing how it rode I took my '07 Camry in for service and had been thinking of a new car for a while. I test drove a new Rav4 with the intent of just seeing how it rode and drove. I was very surprised. The salesman, Ken Polino, was very knowledgeable on all the features and didn't pressure me once toward buying it. He worked with me to find certain trim, options, and colors I was most interested in. Then he ran numbers on multiple cars to see which one worked best for me monthly payment-wise. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything about what and how I was purchasing it, completely. He is by far, the nicest and best car salesman I have ever worked with. Since then we have had our Toyota serviced there consistently and have found their service excellent and most every time we were being serviced our Salesperson stopped in to chat. After the latest servicing he convinced us to test drive the new Rav4Hybrid and we fell in love! I have been wanting a higher sitting car and a heavier car and this seemed to be it. Your warranty doesn't matter if they aren't making money. I brought my truck to Mark Jacobson Toyota after Fred Anderson Toyota damaged it and ruin the computer by flashing the tune in my truck when it was on I brought my truck to Mark Jacobson Toyota after Fred Anderson Toyota damaged it and ruin the computer by flashing the tune in my truck when it was only in to have warranty work done on the catalytic converter. Mark Jacobson Toyota looked at my truck for four hours before trying to dump it back on me in the same limping condition and dangerous condition that I brought it to them in. After I told them some other things that they could check beyond the minimal amount of things that they looked at they took the truck back and kept it for a day and a half at that time they spoke with Fred Anderson Toyota where Fred Anderson lied to them about the work they performed on my truck while refusing to submit their documents from working on my truck to Toyota corporate for anyone else to view them Mark Jacobson Toyota called me and told me to pick up my truck because "my technician hasn't made a penny to take home to his family in 2 days off of your truck and neither have I. it's time to take it somewhere else. I don't know where you going to take it but it's got to go. I'm not making money off your warranty work and we don't get paid by Toyota until we find something to fix, take it somewhere else" so the truck that I've owned for one year that had no problems before I brought it into Fred Anderson Toyota was now damaged by Toyota and then of the other dealers in the area or willing to honor the factory warranty that I have on my vehicle as well as the additional warranty Toyota provides you from doing your overpriced mechanical work at one of their dealerships with original Toyota parts that cost far more money. So now I have a new expensive truck that to dealerships are not working on because they're not going to get paid by Toyota to diagnose the issues covered by warranty and have given me back and unsafe vehicle for my pregnant wife and I to hobble around in while risk getting hurt because there you haven't made a penny off of their agreement with Toyota to honor the warranty's that come with the vehicles that they sell to make money. I was given back my warranty cover truck blowing Blacksmoke getting stuck in gear at 4200 rpm's unsafe to drive getting 104 miles per tank of gas violently shaking transmission issues engine making noise due to the tune messing up the timing and air fuel mixture's among other things done at Toyota while I was there for warranty work thus also getting new four-year on the work that was done at a Toyota dealership and I am told to take my truck to someone else because they don't want to honor the warranty that they are contracted to do by selling and servicing toyota vehicles. Here is a video of my truck after I was given it back from both Fred Anderson and Mark Jacobson Toyota and told to take it somewhere else because they don't want to fix the damage they've caused or be responsible for honoring the warranties that come when you purchase the vehicle this is not from an extended warranty this is factory warranty. The video is me having left the dealership for about two minutes and then having to turn around and drive back to try to get help from them once again where they told me there's nothing they can do and to take it somewhere else again and they are no longer going to try to figure out what's wrong with it and I should probably go find a private dealer and pay them to look at my truck rather than use the warrantee I paid for when buying the truck to have the professionals diagnose and repair my truck that they were so eager to sell. Terrible service and cheating my money I came to Toyota dealer to check out why my engine check light is on. They told me it costs around $1000 to fix it because the water pump and somethin I came to Toyota dealer to check out why my engine check light is on. They told me it costs around $1000 to fix it because the water pump and something else leaking. And so many other problems with my car, but I just passed state inspection in JUST TIRES. I told them I want to come back tomorrow and they precharged me $110 as prefix fee. (they will apply $110 to my final balance when I came to fix my car tomorrow). Then I went to JUST TIRES and ask them to help me check why engine light is on. They told me I did not close my GAS CAP very well. (you have to turn your gas cap until you heard click or your check engine light might be on) And they told me my car works very well nothing leaking. TOYOTA dealer cost $1000 but Just Tires cost free to fix the same problems for my car, can you believe it? I came back to Toyota dealer and asked them to refund the prefix fee because I dont wanna repair here anymore. They told me its not prefix fee if I dont pay $1000 to fix my car here; its inspection fee and they refused to give me refund. But I asked them why they didnt tell me prefix fee would become to inspection fee and all other auto repair companies do inspection for free. The manager told me they dont need to tell customers it because everyone know it and he said he doesnt want to talk with me and let me get out of his building. He said, "go call your police your lawyers but not in my property." I feel so sad about the terrible service. But I want to share with you guys the trick that Toyota play on you. They precharge you $110 and you cannot go other auto repair companies even if you can get better price and service. ITS NOT WATER PUMP LEAKING, YOUR WALLET LEAKING. More
