Perdi todo un día al llevar a este dealer un vehículo nuevo, con garantia, por una falla en el sistema de frenado, no pudieron encontrar la falla y tuve que viajar a otro dealer Toyota (casi 2 horas de c nuevo, con garantia, por una falla en el sistema de frenado, no pudieron encontrar la falla y tuve que viajar a otro dealer Toyota (casi 2 horas de camino) en la ciudad de goldsboro, para arreglar el problema, cuando este dealer esta a 10 minutos de mi casa, gracias a los mecanicos que si me permitieron manejando el vehículo, cosa que en el otro dealer nunca hicieron, solo dijeron que todo estaba bien y que no había ninguna falla, y en el otro dealer, casi inmediatamente detectaron el problema y me lo pudieron arreglar...gracias a los mecanicos de este Toyota dealer (ubicado en goldsboro) por su profesionalismo y atencion More
I'm writing this review to warn others about the absolutely horrendous experience I had with Mark Jacobson Toyota Service Center. From the moment I was called about paying for two diagnostic fees. I absolutely horrendous experience I had with Mark Jacobson Toyota Service Center. From the moment I was called about paying for two diagnostic fees. I knew there was going to be a problem. I paid $516 on Tuesday evening prior to the service center closing. To make matters worse, the problem I brought my car in for was never actually fixed. After picking up my car, within a five minutes of driving off the lot the Check Engine light came back on. When I brought it back and told them the issue, I was met with indifference and excuses and bill for $393.00 "You are lucky we didn't charge you for the diagnostic fee a third time". I would strongly advise anyone considering using this shop to think twice. There are plenty of other, more reputable mechanics out there who actually care about their customers. #badservice #mechanics #avoid #carrepair #nightmare More
Please disregard my recent critical review wherein I speculated that my phone might have be stolen at MJ. I was in error. When I saw my glove compartment had been opened and the contents scattered on speculated that my phone might have be stolen at MJ. I was in error. I assumed foul play however, I've learned the mechanics need to go in there to perform a function. The phone, who knows, no one answers and there was no tracking setup. MJ very generously is buying me a phone to replace. It's not an expensive phone but I appreciate the gesture. My apologizes for my paranoia. More

I took my Camry in for service and tire rotation. I wandered over to sales to see if I could see a Corolla crossover. Jeff Cobb was there and showed me the crossover. Today I had an appt at Mark Jacobson for a basic oil change and filter. After waiting to get in the service que, I got an email from service with my price. They were going to charge me $75.00 for this s change and filter. After waiting to get in the service que, I got an email from service with my price. They were going to charge me $75.00 for this service. Ridiculous! Especially sine a week ago I was quoted at $59.00 for the same pulse I had a $10.00 off coupon. After a few minutes with the Customer Service, they came back and said they would honor the $59.00 quote but not the coupon. I asked for my keys, after wasting an half an hour, and left. Mark Jacobson is no longer the same dealership as when Mark was around.it’s a cattle call waiting for service plus they are under construction. I’m done with the Dealership after coming to them loudly for 15 years. You’d think they would better serve their loyal customers. Done with them. I went to Durham service garage on my drive home, got the oil change, and on top of that, I let them flush brake fluid and power steering fluid as well. They were kind, respectful and willing to work me in their busy day. They made $400.00. Pays to believe in great customer service. I did NOT get that an MJ. More
