AFTER, THE DEAL BECAME FINAL, ROBERT POWELL CLOSED THE FINAL CHAPTER. WHAT GREAT MEN! MARK, YES YOUR BUSINESS IS EXCELLING BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE. Our experience was very good because our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted, was friendly and courteous throughout the long transaction and did not pressure us. Robert Powell was the finance guy who also was knowledgeable and was helpful with all our issues and was eager to help us navigate the best finance rates, gave us different options and did not pressure us to buy services that we did not want. I had a great experience at Mark Jacobson. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I came into the dealership looking for a pre-owned vehicle and left out with a new vehicle. It was amazing!
