I am extremely pleased with my decision to purchase my Toyota, with Kevin as my guide, from MJ Toyota. I traded in a 2 year old vehicle and was AMAZED, to say the least, at what MJ offered me on the trade-in. I know why MJ Toyota is successful and has so many repeat customers.....INTEGRITY. I came by to test drive and price a new vehicle. Kevin quickly grabbed a dealer plate, and after completing the proper paperwork, we were in the car, testing it out. It was almost as though he knew what I was thinking. Never have I had a more intuitive salesperson. Instead of showing me the things in the car, he allowed me to explore the features on my own while on the test drive, chiming in and adding only when I would pass over a minor comfort feature or even a larger option or two. Again, his ability to read and cater to the customer was second to none in my experience. I would definitely return if Kevin were the salesperson I would be able to deal with. More

However, Ken's professionalism, knowledge, and impeccable customer service helped me make the decison to purchase my Prius C that same day. A year and 20,000 miles later, I am still confident that I made the right decision as the car suits me perfectly. Ken still comes and greets me everytime I get my car serviced at Mark Jacobson Toyota. What is also important is the experience I have with their service department. This was my first visit to Mark Jacobson Toyota and it was great experience. All of the staff that I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and ready to get the job done. The only bump in the road and the reason for 4 stars in the price category was because I felt that they didn't want to provide me what I thought and kelly blue book publishes as fair trade in value for my vehicle. This led to a negotiation that almost resulted in me walking away. In the end, the sales management team found some wiggle room and I compromised a little on my bottom price and we were able to find common ground. As a result, I'm now the proud owner of a certified preowned Toyota Highlander! Thanks Mark E, Mark J, Mark the sales manager.......what gives with all the Marks? More

I came in interested in the New 2014 Toyota 4 Runner. I am an enthusiast. I have owned 5 previous 4 runners and was impressed with the new model. Salesman Frank Adams exhibited excellent customer service. He in no way high-pressured me into buying my car quickly or into buying something over the price point I had in mind. technically, the 2010 Prius we bought is not mine. My son Jonathan owns the car, but it is the 6th car this family has bought/owned from MJ Toyota. Jonathan loves the car, and I'm ecstatic because, 1) I son Jonathan owns the car, but it is the 6th car this family has bought/owned from MJ Toyota. Jonathan loves the car, and I'm ecstatic because, 1) I'm not paying $350/month for the Sienna; 2) not paying $250/month in fuel for the Sienna; 3) I'm saving $600/month that's going right back into my children's college funds.
