Second purchase here - just as great as the first We bought our first vehicle in 2007 (FJ Cruiser) from Mark Jacobson and worked with Ian. He was a fellow FJ owner and absolutely great to work with. W We bought our first vehicle in 2007 (FJ Cruiser) from Mark Jacobson and worked with Ian. He was a fellow FJ owner and absolutely great to work with. When it came time to purchase another vehicle in April 2014 (not trading the FJ!), we had considered other brands but nothing felt right. We went to Mark Jacobson to look at the Highlander and 4Runner, and we immediately felt at home again in a Toyota. We asked for Ian again, because we knew what a great experience we'd had before. His knowledge is SO extensive, and he did a great job explaining the pros and cons of both vehicles to me, knowing we have a toddler and knowing what we liked about the FJ. We were always very at ease with Ian, and we are so appreciative of his help and incredible customer service - plus, he is just really nice. He has kept in touch with us afterwards to make sure everything went well, and he even called to wish me a happy birthday. As for the dealership, everybody there was polite and greeted us and our son while we were there. Tay helped us through the paperwork for both of our purchases, and she was also very nice, as well as quick and efficient with everything. Next time we have to make a purchase, we know we don't have to waste any time looking anywhere else - we'll be in another Toyota, and we'll be coming here (hopefully Ian will still be here too!). More
