My wife and I purchased a 2010 Silverado from Marc Heitz. As soon as we stepped on the lot, we immediately felt welcomed and were impressed with the quality and design of the dealership. The sales manager Ben and the GM Chad were very accommodating. We were there late in the day and they were able to get everything completed relatively quickly. They did everything they could to get me the best deal. In the end, we were very satisfied with this dealership, the staff and the deal. After searching far and wide for a used SUV for my wife, I finally hooked up with the right people. We wanted a mid-sized SUV with a third row seat, reasonable miles and in excellent condition. Lee Funderburk located a really nice '08 Mercedes GL450 with a clean Carfax and low miles. We were allowed us to take it home for the weekend on a test drive to make sure we were comfortable with it. Everything he said he would do before we took delivery was done and done right. They traded out the tires with new Michelins, put in a dual DVD/game system, detailed it inside and out and shopped around to get us a low finance rate. My wife and I couldn't be happier. It was the easiest and most positive car purchase we've ever made. More
First of all i called in advance and made an appt to test drive a 2003 Tahoe which was not on the lot when i got there. After driving over 2 hrs to get there i was a lil upset about that. I took a look around but wasnt interested in any of the other tahoe's on the lot so then the salesman, Scott Martin tried to get me to test drive several other vehicles i clearly wasnt interested in. He then told me the Tahoe i had wanted to look at was being detailed 20 min up the road & we could ride up there & look at it. I loved it & it was exaclty what i wanted. When we got back to the dealership i asked for a car fax. He replied with a smart remark that since the vehicle would have a clean car fax it would make the price go up. Well the car fax came out clean & i bought the car. Two months later as i was driving the power turned off & the steering wheel locked up & the car died. My computer board was corroded. That was the start of many issues i had. A month ago i traded the tahoe & when the dealership ran the car fax it had 2 accidents reported before i had bought it. I reviewed the car fax Marc Heitz gave to me & come to find out Marc Heitz changed one of the #'s in the vin. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
These people are the xxxx of the universe. Don't buy a car from them. Just because they have a fancy showroom doesn't mean they are a reputable dealer. There is no doubt that the new dealership is nice, actually a like overboard if you ask me, but the people working there are far from friendly! From the moment my wife and I stepped through that door I got a negative vibe; I had only briefly spoken with the salesmen and he had already given me the feeling that he was going to f**k me over. He brought back his manager with him and together they began telling me I wanted too much for my trade, I was looking out of my price range (which we took offensively), and they even made the comment that "maybe one of the local lower end dealers would give me what I was wanting and have more of what I was looking to buy." With that said, I looked at my wife, stood up and walked my a** right out of there. I dont care how nice your dealership looks, if your employees suck then so do you! Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the purchase I made elsewhere, thanks. More
I just bought a new Chevy Avalanche and I love it. I had a great time at the dealership, I got more for my trade in than I thought I was going to and there was no hassles in the finance office.
