I had my old license plate that I wanted to transfer onto my new Ram 2500. So at the time of purchase I was given the option to utilize this license plate. I just needed to wait until all of the paperwork wa my new Ram 2500. So at the time of purchase I was given the option to utilize this license plate. I just needed to wait until all of the paperwork was processed into the system at DMV to receive my new registration certificate. In the meantime the temperatory tag expired and I called the dealership to find out how to handle the situation. They informed me that they would take care of it. And they surely did just that. I not only received the registration certificate, I was also given a check for $114.00 reimbursement that was charged at the initial purchase. Thank you very much.
