Fresh and happy. A/C wasn’t cooling properly. Went in around 8am and car was diagnosed as having a bad condenser. By the end of the day it had replaced and everything A/C wasn’t cooling properly. Great I was taken in and out in a timely matter. The only thing I was disappointed in was I wasn't given a loaner and had to get rides from work to home and I was taken in and out in a timely matter. The only thing I was disappointed in was I wasn't given a loaner and had to get rides from work to home and they usually wash your vehicle for you and that didn't happen this time. But the service advisor was on point of keeping me updated of what was going on. More

Daniel Threadgill Bought a brand new Cadillac. During purchase dealership dented and scratched my bumper. Had to drive back out 3 days later to drop off for repair. Fir Bought a brand new Cadillac. During purchase dealership dented and scratched my bumper. Had to drive back out 3 days later to drop off for repair. First, they gave me a Toyota Corolla that smelled like a chain smoker drove it. I refused the car and then I got a Nissan Maxima. Having spent over an hour trying to drop off my new Cadillac for an issue I did not cause I left and returned to work. I was so upset I called and commented on how a new 2019 Cadillac owner would be given a maxima in return ? I was informed that no one reserved one for me and if I would like one I could drive back out. So I drove out again and switched out cars. Car repair was completed a week and a half later. When I went to pick up my car my rep was out to lunch and I was told it was my responsibility to drive the car over to another building for return and carry my belongings back. No bag or assistance offered. When I returned to my car I was handed the key and the worker walked away. I checked the damaged area and it seemed ok. Loading my belongings and in a rush to return to work I didn’t pay attention ....but to my surprise when I got on fwy my gas tank was on red and empty. I did not even have gas to return to work. On top of that there were a large sum of miles added to my car during service. Overall, after 3 trips and numerous phone calls I was fed up with my experience. I would not recommend this service dept. very polite but seem totally unorganized and lost More
