OIL CHANGE, WAITED ALMOST 1.1/2 HOURS. I came for Oil Change, and I did mentioned that I have a pickup for LAX, but no one did anything special to expedite my SUV's Oil Change, and I even n I came for Oil Change, and I did mentioned that I have a pickup for LAX, but no one did anything special to expedite my SUV's Oil Change, and I even noticed that person assigned on my SUV was pretty slow (I was noticing his every move) he took extra long (he was talking with his colleagues, and was very slow in moving around). Poor service I got my truck serviced on 6/13/19 for an oil change and some minor manufacturing issues. I bought two trucks on 11/21/17 and spent over 100,000 dolla I got my truck serviced on 6/13/19 for an oil change and some minor manufacturing issues. I bought two trucks on 11/21/17 and spent over 100,000 dollars at your dealership. I was told I would get two free oil changes when I bought the truck however I did not know they had to be done before 24,000 miles. I understand there is a time frame, that is fine, but when I’m less than 50 ‘miles over the 24,000 you would think after I spent 100,000 dollars there might be a little leniency. Thee oil change isn’t what irritated me, like I said I understand their are rules and policies. The most irritating part was the fact that I was at the dealership for 6 hours waiting for an oil change and at the end of the service my truck was not washed because it was estimated to take another 45 minutes. I will not be returning to your dealership for any service isn’t the future and I will not be returning to your dealership to buy anymore vehicles. More

Found an issue, solved the problem Brought car in for a few maintenance items and they found my water pump was leaking, they got me a loaner as it would take the day to fix it. It was r Brought car in for a few maintenance items and they found my water pump was leaking, they got me a loaner as it would take the day to fix it. It was ready by the next morning, covered by the warranty, and with the loaner I was able to to all the errands I had planned for the day. Great service. More

My experience with Cadillac I took my car in for some services met with the staff very friendly informative and welcoming and helpful they informed me of what needed to be done a I took my car in for some services met with the staff very friendly informative and welcoming and helpful they informed me of what needed to be done and what was not ready yet to be serviced just yet so they saved me a couple bucks and were helpful with a loaner car that was given to me while my car was being worked on so that way I could go about my day got my car back with good service will definitely be coming back and recommending others about there services More
Nabu is no fool. I never really used a dealership for basic service (i.e. oil change). There are so many places that seem to do an OK job at budget prices. My wife started leasing a Cadillac that happened to come with free basic service. I've been impressed with the quality of service, appointment times and general convenience, and after a couple experiences with a far below par tech, I began using the service at Mark Christopher. I also discovered that the prices are competitive and the customer care and technicians are both far superior. Call the service department for an appointment, enjoy white glove treatment and a cup of coffee. Be sure to ask for Nabu. He is helpful, knowledgeable and a straight-talker. You'll never worry about additional "recommended services" and unnecessary add-ons again. More
Quality, Courteous Service I called to schedule my maintenance/service with Nobu Domon. He was not available when I called, so I left a voice mail message. He promptly returne I called to schedule my maintenance/service with Nobu Domon. He was not available when I called, so I left a voice mail message. He promptly returned my call, and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I was greeted and checked in promptly when I arrived for my appointment. I was told that I would be contacted if there were any problems, other than the regular maintenance that I took it in for. I was contacted and made aware of additional problems. I was also contacted when my car was finished. The cashier was friendly and courteous. I was disappointed that the car wash was not available today. Also, a sticker was not placed on the upper, inside windshield to remind me when the next servicing is due. I will just have to wait for the dashboard notification to let me know. The car runs well, so I am assuming that the servicing was done correctly and to specs. I also appreciate the multipoint vehicle inspection which makes me aware of any upcoming servicing which will be needed. More
