Noise coming from wheels. Squeaking brakes and oil change It started on July 3rd, I called at 1:45pm to bring my car in, they said to bring it in before 3:00pm, I got there at 2:30pm, upon arriving no one kne It started on July 3rd, I called at 1:45pm to bring my car in, they said to bring it in before 3:00pm, I got there at 2:30pm, upon arriving no one knew what I was talking about, no shuttle because it’s out of the service range, no loaner for me either which could’ve all been avoided if the guy who answered my call on that day wouldn’t have hung up on me while I was still talking. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday And I drove home again. Tuesday I dropped off, went home in a loaner vehicle, they called around 4 to say the car was ready and if I wanted it washed and I said yes please, picked up the car, oil changed, noise in the wheel gone, the brakes still squeak which is “normal” for carbon ceramic brakes, my other corvette had carbon ceramic brakes and never squeaked, when I bought the car it didn’t squeak. the oil life was reset wasn’t reset but the service check list says it was, I’m wondering what else did the technician check off on that list but didn’t do.... and to top it looked like someone just rinsed it off with a hose because the car looked filthy, I would’ve said something to the service advisor but I took them 20 minutes to bring the car out let alone having to wait for them to attempt to wash it again. That’s the treatment I got for spending 145 thousand in cash from your dealership. More

Service Great service- always friendly, let you when you need more than a oil change. In my case it was time transmission service. Disappointed I took my Cartman because it had a catalytic converter issue I was told over the phone by Mike that I was covered up to 100,00 miles when I went in I took my Cartman because it had a catalytic converter issue I was told over the phone by Mike that I was covered up to 100,00 miles when I went in I was told I was over because I had 81,000 miles I explained to him that I had already paid a diagnostic fee to another mechanic because he told me I was covered and he apologized but told me there was nothing he could do I asked to speak with the manager Rod who told me that either way I would have to pay but then after further looking at my information he realize that I was covered under a different warranty I was disappointed that Mike didn’t know that and didn’t bother to look for that. I was then told over the phone that my car was ready at about 3 PM but That they may not have enough time to wash it I told him I would pick it up until after 5 PM so they could wash it when I picked it up it was still not washed very disappointed More
Rep that assisted me did NOT know what he was talking about I took car in as I thought I either had a FOB or sensor issue. He did change the batteries in the FOB which corrected one problem but after $145 to ru I took car in as I thought I either had a FOB or sensor issue. He did change the batteries in the FOB which corrected one problem but after $145 to run diagnostic turned out to be a shifter issue. Had that replaced BUT then he proceeded to tell me that the battery was corroded & also needed to be replaced. He said that because the "high mount stop lamp" was loose allowing water to leak onto the battery causing the corrosion??? I said how can that be, he said the "the battery is in the trunk"???? I'm not crazy he said the same thing to my husband. While I did have him clean the battery cables & replace the battery I DECLINED the repair on the rear stop lamp which was another $550. I am sorry to say either he doesn't know anything about where the battery is OR he thought because I'm a woman I wouldn't know OR worse yet a Senior so not in my right mind anymore. Or this was just a ploy to get more $$ from us which considering we are on a fixed income (low income) we cannot afford. In addition I brought it in with an appointment & took a lot longer than originally was advised. Needless to say I'm now concerned that the $761 to fix the shifter may not have been necessary either but since I am not a mechanic hopefully he did not fib on that one as well. More
